After the fall of American civilization, Panem was founded. It worked out well for one hundred years, before the first rebellion occurred. This culminated in the takeover of the World with the help of District 13 and Pacifica. The Hunger Games were created by brand new President Democritus Ravenstill, Head Peacekeeper Crassus Snow, Academy Head Casca Highbottom, Head Scientist Volumnia Gaul, and a Panem founder descendant Castus Heavensbee.

Two tributes would fight per Districts 1 to 12 and the World Alliance would also fight occasionally, with District 14/Europe being reaped from the most. District 13 would not compete in most Games, due to being a weaponry base. She same could be said for District X-Pacifica. One victor won each Games, unless two of the same District, lovers from the same or opposing Districts, or a World Alliance member made the top two, then two could win. It was very rare that two differing Districts would win.

The first ten Hunger Games occurred in an amphitheater arena. After the events of Game 3, Quells or Games with special rules would occur every five years, and District Games would occur every twenty five years with all twenty four Districts competing. Twenty six tributes competing per Games, one or two could win. The Games kept occurring for hundreds of years into the future, and saw many victors take the crown, and many lives were lost. Up to four tributes would be “revived” or brought back to life per Games using a machine from Pacifica. Now let’s take a look at the first ten of many Games shall we?
