  • Violations of the Google Meet will have you kicked out of the Google Meet and a phone call from the principal to your parents.

My Goals For The Students

  • Teach them the basics of the history content we will be learning about this year
  • Try my best to make learning about history fun and interesting for the students
  • Have them use transferable skills that can be used in college and workforce

Grading

  • Students will be graded on participation. Group activities will be important where students explore topics using Academic Conversation. Providing them mastery of content as well teaching them skills that will translate to other classes.
  • Students will always have the opportunity to have the assignment if they have a legitimate excuse
  • Economics-Tests will not always be “traditional tests” where they will demonstrate understanding of content through group projects or through a writing assessments.

  • Hacer todo lo posible para que el aprendizaje de la historia sea divertido e interesante para los estudiantes.

Calificación

  • Los estudiantes serán calificados según su participación. Las actividades grupales serán importantes donde los estudiantes exploren temas usando la conversación académica. Brindarles el dominio del contenido y enseñarles habilidades que se traducirán en otras clases.
  • Los estudiantes siempre tendrán la oportunidad de que yo revise la tarea para asegurar que puedan obtener una "A".
  • Las pruebas no siempre serán "pruebas tradicionales" en las que demostrarán comprensión del contenido a través de proyectos grupales o mediante evaluaciones escritas.
