Faculty & Site Supervisor need to sign.

Needs Faculty signature.

Needs Site Supervisor signature.

Both signatures have been submitted. No further action is required.

9 of 16

YOU (or your student) can send a link to the supervisor for signature!

  • Go to the student’s placement
  • Click the “view submission” button of the form that needs a signature
  • Find the RED link in the upper right of the page for the Site Supervisor / AGENCY signature
  • Right-click on the link and select Copy link address
  • Paste the link into an email to send directly to the site supervisor

NOTE: You and students will always get an “access denied” message if you actually, fully click on the site supervisor’s link. Trust that supervisors will not encounter that same error.

(Site supervisors will only get an “access denied” message if the form has already been submitted / completed.)

Where to View Time Logs

WIthin the student’s placement, click on the “View/Edit Timelog” button to see the details of their hours and if they’ve been approved by the site supervisor or not.

12 of 16

Timelog details

“Approved” = supervisor has approved

“Submitted” = supervisor has not approved (yet?)

“Rejected” = supervisor has asked something be edited before approving

The system will not let students email a “request approval of hours” MORE THAN once per week.

13 of 16

You (or your student) can send the approval request

Before sending the request, the email address can be edited.

Use this option if a site supervisor is on vacation or the incorrect site staff was originally selected during the placement process.

You also have the option to copy and send a direct link.

But it makes the MOST sense for a student to complete this action.

How to Send an Evaluation Link

This “By AGENCY” link being red means that the student has completed their portion and is waiting on the evaluation to be completed by the site supervisor.

  • Right-click on the red link and select Copy link address
  • Paste the link into an email to send directly to the site supervisor

15 of 16

Use this tab to see the summary of student’s hours & to get site supervisor’s email

Does not indicate whether hours are approved. Open student’s placement (from course view) to check if they are approved or not yet.
