  • At TOSH there are many opportunities to volunteer. Some can be used towards the Community Service Bursary ($10/hour)

  • PED401A requires indoor and outdoor sneakers
  • There are locker rooms in gym area but students can also change before coming to PED if preferred
  • You will be determining the school supplies you like to use (suggestion is three ring binders as there are LOTS of handouts)

Tips to Meet with Success

  • Courses – Choose courses that are of interest and always strive to do your best.
  • Plan Ahead – Post-secondary opportunities have admission requirements. It is important to choose courses that will permit entrance into programs of interest.
  • Get Involved – Join a team, council, or club. Start volunteering. You will learn valuable skills, meet people, and have items to put on a resume and/or scholarship applications.
  • Ask for Help – There are lots of people who can help: friends, parents, teachers, administrators, school counsellors, etc.
  • Take Opportunities – There will be many opportunities that you may wish to take part in (Environthon, Rotary Youth Parliament, Educational Trips, ADP Program, etc)
