Adopted

After the adoption, she refused to walk past the first block. Instead, she wanted to hang on my shoulders.

Shawl Snuggles

I propped her up like a shawl, and we walked home. I kept staring at her like, "I have a REAL dog. Not a family dog for everyone, but my own dog." It made the pandemic much more bearable.
