Did we do user research?

We asked on Twitter what people would like to ask about their hospital.

Parking! Parking! Parking!

Unfortunately there is no live data about parking status available - wouldn’t it be great if eg Parking Eye could give a hint about how busy the hospitals they monitor parking in are?

We also came up with lots of synonyms for ‘do I have to pay for my prescription/ medicines. script/ pills’ by asking on Twitter. We have used quite a few of these in the app.
