  • Users want to know what the features are, why they are important, and when they should be engaged with
  • Users preferred step by step explanations for critical information
  • Users exhibited a degree of uncertainty and lack of clarity when navigating the dashboard to add an existing wallet

Insights

19 of 38

  • Consider explaining what creating a crypto wallet account looks like and entails
  • Consider creating “What If” tutorials that users can refer to when seeking to complete an action (example: What if I want to add tokens from another wallet to my Kadet Wallet?)
  • User competency varies so providing easily accessible education on Kadet Wallet’s features may increase user confidence in using the wallet
  • Consider clarifying the terminology and design hierarchy on the dashboard

Kadet Wallet Phase 4

Insights

  • Spending time upfront to refine the design system streamlined the design process for the remainder of the sprint.
  • A recurring theme was striking a balance between design that was both detailed and informative, while also pared back enough to avoid stressing the user’s cognitive load.
  • Users preferred information presented in a serious, professional format i.e. simplified cards as opposed to a dynamic, casual format i.e. friendly chat between characters.
  • Users preferred to process information at their own pace rather than an automated one, indicating a preference for a personalized experience over a convenient one.
