Task 1: You will be set a task to explore an individual’s growth and development across a particular life stage, and to explore how their whole life has been impacted by factors.

Needs Arising From Life Events
Task 2a: You will set a task to describe and explain the impact of life events on an individual and explore the sources of support for the needs arising from those life events. In this task you need to interview a real person.
Impacts of Life Events
Physical: illness/tiredness, pain, weight loss/gain, changing appearance
Intellectual: adapting to change, learning new skills, learning impairment
Emotional: mental health, grief, anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem/self-image.
Social: lifestyle choices, personal relationships with friends and family.
Financial: change in income, increases costs change in wealth.

Task 2b: You will be set a task on researching and recommending sources of support (formal, informal and charity based) to meet the individual needs. This may be on a local or national level.
