So far I’ve learned...

Magenta, cyan and yellow are the actual primary colours.

Keeping your primary colours clean avoids ugly, dirty colours.

The colours are most beautiful and adjustable when they are not too thick.

Filling your primaries half full with water at the beginning of class helps avoid thick paint.

Painting grey versions of colours shows more skill than bright versions.

You can grey out a colour by adding the opposite of that colour on the colour wheel. (For example, you can make a grey green by adding a little magenta.)
