1. ถ้างานที่มีเดดไลน์ รบกวนสั่ง2เดือนก่อนกำหนดโดยประมาณ
2. งานเร่งรบกวนตกลงกันล่วงหน้า ในกรณีที่ต้องลัดคิว/ทำไปพร้อมๆกับคิวอื่นที่มีการจองไว้ มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
3. หากมัดจำแล้ว มีการยกเลิกงานจากฝั่งผู้ว่าจ้าง[ดีไซน์ไม่ถูกใจ ขอแคนเซิล, งบไม่พอ,อื่นๆ] เราจะไม่คืนมัดจำทั้งสิ้น และงานที่ทำออกมาจะถูกดัดแปลงและนำไปใช้อย่างอื่น[สิทธิ์ของเรา100%]
4. รบกวนแจ้งจุดประสงค์การจ้างด้วยทุกครั้ง [เช่น ดีไซน์วีทูป, ทำพวงกุญแจ,สติ๊กเกอร์]
5. เรามีสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธงานได้ หากเวลาไม่เพียงพอ/บรีฟอยู่นอกเหนือความถนัดเรา
6. แก้งานได้ขั้นตอนละ3ครั้ง [เส้น3 \ สี3 \ไฟนอลเช็ค3] ในแต่ละขั้นตอน หากคอนเฟิร์มแล้วจะไม่สามารถกลับไปแก้ไขขั้นตอนก่อนหน้าได้

ข้อตกลงคอมมิชชั่นเชิงพาณิชย์

- ไม่อนุญาตให้แอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้วาดหรือใส่เครดิตนักวาดเป็นชื่อคนอื่น

- ไม่อนุญาตให้ดัดแปลงแก้ไขงานเรา [เว้นแต่ตกลงกันไว้ก่อน]

- ไม่อนุญาตให้ขายลิขสิทธิ์งานวาดนี้ต่อ เว้นเสียแต่ว่าขายรวมกับดีไซน์ตัวละคร [ในกรณีที่เป็นFan artจะไม่สามารถขายต่อได้]

- อนุญาตให้นำไปผลิตสินค้า/ใช้ในการสตรีม ได้ตามที่ตกลงกัน

- เราสามารถโพสงานนี้ลงSNSได้ [ในกรณีไม่อนุญาตให้โพส มีค่าNDA,รักษาความลับ +10%ของราคาเต็มงาน]

- ไม่อนุญาติให้ดัดแปลง/วาดซ้ำโดยลอกเลียนจากผลงานของเรา

- ห้ามNFT / AI ทุกกรณี (ไม่ว่าจะแก้ไขรูป อนิเมท ส่งถามเอไอ ทุกอย่างเกี่ยวกับเอไอ ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้โดยเด็ดขาด)

- ไม่อนุญาตให้มีเจ้าของร่วมหลายคน หรือหากจำเป็นต้องพูดคุยตกลงกันก่อน

6. I can post the work on SNS with a watermark. ( If you don't want me to post it anywhere. NDA (privacy fee) +10% )
7. ✅ merchandise, streaming content
8. Reselling the Artwork rights are not possible, unless you're the owner of the character and reselling it altogether with that character copyright (Fanart are not allowed)🚫
9. Co-owning the artwork is not possible. If must, please discuss with me first.

ข้อตกลงเชิงพาณิชย์[ดีไซน์]

- สามารถขายต่อได้ โดยบวกราคาคอมมิชชั่นหรืออื่นๆที่มีการซื้อประกอบเพิ่มเติม [โมเดลวี, คอมมิชชั่น ,อื่นๆ] ในกรณีที่ส่งต่อต้องมีการแจ้งทุกครั้งรวมถึงส่งกฎและรายละเอียดต่างๆให้ครบถ้วน

- สามารถนำรูปต้นฉบับ/ใช้ดีไซน์ ไปใช้ในการจัดทำสินค้าหรือ รับโดเนทได้[V-tuber]

- ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้ออกแบบ/ให้เครดิตผู้ออกแบบเป็นชื่อคนอื่น รบกวนใส่เครดิตในครบถ้วน[เช่น ออกแบบตลค.โดยNuttypine/ ออกแบบเฉพาะชุดโดยNuttypine / รีดีไซน์ดัดแปลงคาร์จากต้นฉบับโดย Nuttypine /เป็นต้น]

- ในกรณีที่ให้สิทธิ์ของผู้ว่าจ้างคนเดียวทั้งหมด[สิทธ์ขาด] จะบวกราคาขึ้นจากเดิม *2 [ห้ามNFT / AIอยู่ดี]

- สามารถดัดแปลงแก้ไขดีไซน์ได้ แต่หากมีการดัดแปลงบนงานเราโดยตรง ต้องมีการขออนุญาตก่อน

- อนุญาตให้เรานำงานไปเป็นพอร์ตได้

- ห้ามNFT / AI ทั้งสิ้น แม้จะวาดใหม่ก็ตาม

เนื่องจากเรารับแต่ดีไซน์อย่างเดียว ไม่ได้รับวาดโมเดล หากสนใจ สามารถดูนักวาดที่เรารวบรวมมาให้ได้ค่ะ:: จิ้ม
