Viewing All Tickets at Your School

Click on tickets on the left.
Viewing All Tickets at your School
Clear out “Agents” info
Scroll down and Search for and click on your School Name
Scroll to the top and click the arrow to save this search as your default view when clicking on Tickets.
Name it and Save
Name it (School Name Tickets).
(You most likely won’t have this selection, but if you do…) Keep it visible only to yourself.
Save
To View Ticket Info
Click on the Subject line for the specific ticket.
Edit the columns included by using the gear.
Printing Tickets
Click on the Subject to Open the Ticket
For items that need to be repaired at the Warehouse, it speeds up the process to have a printed ticket with the item.

Click here to access inventory.
Inventory Default - All Locations
Search for your Location
Select the Check to change your Default view to show only your school
Name it
and Save
Name it (School Name Inventory).
(You most likely won’t have this selection, but if you do…)
Keep it visible only to yourself.
Save.
Downloading a Spreadsheet
Option - Download a Spreadsheet
Change Asset Type to “Hardware.” Click Export.
Make Choices and Export
Searching for a Specific Student or Device
Click on Search
Type in Student ID, Staff Name, or Asset Tag
Checking Out A Device
(Marking a Device In Use)
Inventory
Click here to access inventory.
Search for the Asset Tag #
Search for your Location
Select the device
Change Asset State to In Use
Search by Last Name or Student #
(If another student is listed here, click the X by the name and search for the correct student. Historical record will be preserved.)
Make sure to update to save!
Checking In a Device
(Marking a Device In Stock)
Search for and open the record for the Asset Tag
Use the menu on the right
Change Asset State to In Stock*
Click the X by the students name to remove an active association with the device. Historical record will be preserved.
Make sure to update to save!
*Please only mark ‘in stock’ - do not use any other states.
Viewing Inventory within FreshService
Add Inventory Columns
Click the gear and select or deselect columns you want.
Re-Order Inventory Columns
Click on the square with nine dots and drag to reorder Columns.
Click Apply.
Other Filters
Search for a specific type of device under “Asset Type”
Other Filters
To search for devices tied to a staff member, search by name/email under “Used By”
To search for devices tied to students, search by their student ID numbers
