This allows for multiple methods of sending signals between electronic components. These different connections, along with vacuum tubes, create some interesting electronic components.
The open circuit design on a PCB is achieved using a method called ribbon routing. Ribbon routing is a method that allows you route wires so they follow the surface. This allows you to place several conductors on one PCB, and their wires will be connected when the circuit board is in an open state. Ribbon routing is most commonly used in computer circuit boards. However, it can also be used in all types of circuit boards.
