How to Use:

• Print and cut out each slide.
• Tape charts on classroom tables or desks.
• Ask students to choose their “most successful” seat in the class or you can pre-assign and tell them to look for their name as they enter the room.
• Students print their first and last name on the class block line (if they chose it)
• At the end of school, teacher goes to each table and types names into the master copy of the classroom seating chart.
• Print the master seating chart to use for roll each day. If a student is not in a seat, they are marked absent or tardy (if present and not seated). No need to call roll, just look for empty seats. Quick way to learn student’s names.
