  • Resilience is the ability to cope when things go wrong. According to Masten (2014), resilience can also be described as bouncing back after difficult times, dealing with challenges and still holding your head up, giving things a go or trying your best to complete the task. Resilience describe the person being strong on the inside and being able to cope with what life throws at you and standing up for yourself or getting back into shape after you have been bent or stretched. Simply put, it is a person's ability to adapt to the natural environment and social environment…………

  • Quality relationships are important for resilience. Help develop children resilience by helping them build and strengthen their relationship with other children (Black et al., 2017). Every morning, when my children line up and go into class before, I would like hug all the children. Warmth and affection is important for children development. Touch is particularly important after I will spend the time talk with my students about the interest things , ask them open questions such as. ‘Tell me about why you like go to playground?’ “Tell me about why you doesn’t like go to playground?” By asking open questions, you’ll get unique insight your children world what they value. …….
