Add a note with date each time you try to contact your client or they try to reach you in Inquiry Notes. Add your initials in parentheses. Keep notes in chronological order, with oldest on top

Call your client and introduce yourself. See if they are still interested in therapy and set up a first meeting.

Remember that this first contact is the first step of therapy!
