Goals of Trifecta

  • Synergies between Membership, Member Engagement and Forum to ensure the smoothest onboarding for a new member:
    • Robust assessment of new members for quality intake
    • Forum placement in less than 90 days
    • On-boarding experience that allows to feel part of EO from the start

  • Develop strategies to aid all members feel connected and get maximum value from their membership:
    • Good Member Forum experience
    • Retention based on EO Value
    • Regular check ins to assess member´s EO Experience

Roles and responsibilities

Member Engagement role

  • Ensures each new member and their family is welcomed by the chapter and invited to an event

  • Introduce the new member to your chapter, explain EO benefits and make sure they are using resources

  • Ensure every new member is having a positive experience with EO, including timely Forum placement, attending global - local events, meeting other members and finding value

  • Continue monitoring the engagement of all members – new and tenured – through their journey in EO

President Elect role

  • Monthly meeting with Trifecta Chairs
  • Owns/Monitor annual KPIs around each role (examples below)
    • Membership: Maintain a sustainable healthy growth, net 10% each year
    • Member Engagement: Onboarding experience within the first 30 days
    • Forum: Forum placement within 90 days
    • Create a WOW event each quarter
  • Attend Trifecta Summit and Trifecta Refresher – 2x per year
  • Responsible for the transition for the upcoming year and to ensure alignment with the 3-5 year Chapter plan
  • Attend quarterly check-in call with Regional Member Engagement Expert – 1 hour call – PE + Chairs

  • Builds vitality and health within the chapter's Forums: training coordination, Forum placement, Moderator engagement, Forum health.
  • Ensures that every member wishing to participate has access to the experience of Forum through training, placement and Moderator management
  • Promoting healthy growth through the addition of quality new members who add value to the chapter.
  • Actively seeking out referrals from current members, your network and community.
