    • Area D concrete roof structure is complete.
    • Above ceiling MEP installation is in progress at areas A,B and C.
    • Installation of stairs in all areas but the Gym is complete.
    • West driveway retaining wall construction is complete.
    • Interior metal stud wall & soffit framing in progress at Areas A, B & C.
    • Area A & Area B roofing is in progress.
    • Mechanical penthouse construction is in progress.
    • CMU finishing & painting, and hanging drywall is in progress at areas A & B.

    • Continue site grading.
