Recruit, train, and retain non-traditional teacher candidates who have the passion to teach science, special education, mathematics, or bilingual authorization in Fresno Unified.

• Audience: Classified Employees, Second Career Candidates, Recent Graduates
• Education:

-BA/BS Degree & enrolled or eligible to

enroll in an accredited university

-Minimum of 3.0 GPA or higher

• Completion Pace: Placed within 3 years of entering the program
• Cohort Size: Up to 50 participants/cohort
• University Choice: Any university
• Stipend: $1000 stipend over course of program
• Employment Commitment: 3 year commitment to FUSD in a high needs school
