    • Submit a brief proposal or blurb abstract about your article

Theme: “Decade in Review”

Sample topics: major significant events/advances in medicine, science, policy, health technology, health business, and regulation over the last 10 years while putting it in perspective of the future. Can also write about events that are considered more minor as we welcome all application submissions

  • What We Do:

1. Design graphics and format 2-3 articles per semester

2. Design the Cover

3. Collab with writers and editors in 2-3 sessions per semester

4. Learn how to use the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc..)

** and most importantly there is no experience needed!!

  • Time Commitment

-Most work is done in the last 3-4 weeks before we send to the printer

-2 to 3 hrs per week designing the article and meeting up with the writer to discuss the visual concept

  • Distribute Magazines!
    • Help get the word out about SYNAPSE! Expand our readership and reward our writers for all of their hard work.
