How to: create a digital poster

The following slides contain templates that organisations can use to create digital posters for display at Make Your Mark’s conference at Edinburgh Zoo on 4 February 2026.

We encourage you to add your own spin on the posters by adding your own logos, branding, colours, fonts, etc! Please just keep text above 14 pt and keep our branded banner at the bottom of the slide.

The templates include options for organisations to showcase:

  • Inclusive practices you’ve adopted and the impact this has had
  • Your top tips for inclusive volunteering
  • Volunteer stories
  • Interesting / innovative / impactful volunteer roles or volunteer-supported projects
  • Anything else related to inclusive volunteering you’d like to showcase!

Thanks for contributing to our conference! Please submit your completed posters to hello@makeyourmark.scot by 19 January 2026.
