Student Visionaries of the Year is a philanthropic leadership development program for exemplary high school students. Highly motivated leaders embark on a journey of professional growth, fostering professional skills such as entrepreneurship, marketing, and project management-all while working to raise as much as possible for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) mission.

These tenacious young changemakers fundraise for LLS in honor of blood cancer survivors. The title Student Visionaries of the Year are awarded to the candidate teams who raise the most funds in their community.

This campaign offers visibility and recognition within the community, ensuring candidates stand out when preparing for college and beyond. The candidate or candidate team that earns the title of Student Visionary or Student Visionaries of the Year will receive a scholarship towards the college or university of their choice.

HOW YOUR BUSINESS CAN SUPPORT THE CLEVELAND STUDENT VISIONARIES OF THE YEAR CAMPAIGN

Businesses can get involved in a variety of ways:

  • Grand Finale Sponsorship – receive a variety of benefits including tickets to the Grand Finale, logo recognition, and the opportunity to sponsor a unique event experience for guests
  • Program Ad space – congratulate local students on their participation by purchasing an ad in the Grand Finale digital program book
  • Auction item donation – donate an item or basket from your business to be bid on during one of our campaign events
  • Retail campaign – partner with LLS and sell blood drop icons for a $1 donation (pictured below) for a designated time and donate the proceeds to my Student Visionaries of the Year campaign
  • Share campaign information on social media – help spread the word by sharing LLS and Student Visionaries of the Year campaign information on your social media channels
