Cl 1+

2 of 10

Let's start with the first section on your document which will consist of filling out your header.

Step 1: Come up with an eye catching title

Step 2: Put you name in the “conducted by section”

Step 3: Put who you got your test authorized by, if it doesn't need authorization put N/A

Step 4: You will need to put what SCP or SCP’s you are testing on here.

Step 5: For participants you will put your D-class here but only their numbers (for example D-0001)

The first informational page you would want to make this the index page.

The recommended index for an excellent document includes the following:

- SCP information

- Goal of the test

- Methods

- Participants

- Hypothesis

- Findings

- Conclusion

Next page will be SCP information.

Here you would put some known

information about what SCP you are

testing on. Please try to fill at least

a half page of information. The more

the better! You can always add some

sort of picture to this as well.

Now we put the goal of the test.

Please tell us about your test here,

explain what you are wanting to find

in this. For example if you were

testing on the candy bowl, please

explain what you are looking for when

testing the candy bowl.

Next is explaining the method for you test.

Explain how you will be conducting

you test in as much detail as possible,

again we would like to see at least a

half a page but remember the more the better.

This next page will be where you put your participants.

Here you will tell us who was involved

in this class including D class,

GENSEC, and MTF. Please be sure to use

the D class's number (ex. D-0001)

8 of 10

This page will be where you put your hypothesis.

Explain what you feel the outcome of

this test will be. Again in as much

detail as possible.

9 of 10

Next you will put your test findings.

Please explain what happened in the

test. For example if you tested on

SCP- 330 let us know what you found to

happen.

Finally, you will want to write out a conclusion.

Tell us how you feel about your test,

if your hypothesis right or not, if

there is any further testing needed,

or if you would have changed anything

mid test.
