  3. Find/Create a Pre-Reading Organizer
  4. Build Background with Videos & Images
  5. Identify Key Vocabulary & Pre-Teach
  6. Read the Passage (Scaffold as Needed)
  7. Answer the Comprehension Questions. Expand the questions for speaking and writing activities.
  8. Use the vocabulary terms, diagrams, pictures, and text to incorporate listening activities.
  9. Allow for deeper thinking and creativity with engaging speaking and writing activities.
  10. Invite students to choose the next passage and repeat!
