Summer Cleaning

Includes but not limited to the following:

  • Empty all rooms of furniture and tech, deep clean from top down, refinish floors and restage rooms
  • Service all HVAC equipment including unit-ventilators, air handlers, and air purifiers
  • Strip and wax 1/3 of rooms, scrub and recoat 2/3 of rooms
  • Refinish and seal all corridors, and wood floors (Gyms, Cafe, Etc.)
  • Paint 20% of classrooms complete, touch up paint balance
  • Paint all door jams, parking lots, and athletic fields
  • Powerwash entrances and exterior signs
