Organize your calendar with colors. Using “Categories”, assign names to various colors and utilize them with items on your calendar. Some examples may be a meetings category, or Training, PLC, Planning, Parent Conference, Tasks, etc.

Learn how to create a meeting in Outlook and send invitations for others to attend. Outlook allows you to include date, time, location and even attach documents needed for the meeting. Watch the video to learn how!
