Why did we choose OCR

In 2020 some of our senior employees in A/P went to retirement
Personnel search became more difficult
Invoices were always processed late
Supplier complained about delayed payments
In Germany we lost opportunity to take Cash discount

A new controller arrived in the company with previous OCR experience
