Hello everyone, I know 2/23/24 is national thank a resident day. We want to take

a moment and send out a letter of thanks to each and every one of you. This

includes those of you who have been to ARMC and those of you who are

scheduled to join us in the coming years. The best part of our program is working

with each of you. We know you all put your hearts and soul into this rotation with

a smile on your faces. It is your tireless work, effort, and enthusiasm that helps to

keep the lights on at ARMC. Your energy and excitement is also what makes all of

us attendings love working there too. There is no doubt that working at ARMC is

challenging and we appreciate you guys for making it so fun, enjoyable, and

rewarding! I can tell you personally, working with you all is the best part of my

job. Thank you guys for everything you do and for continuing to make ARMC
