PROVING COMPUTE IS LOCAL

Fresh randomized compute workloads prevent precomputed answers. Correctness and deadlines measure demonstrated performance. Independent power readings bypass operator software. Echo compares throughput, power changes and ramp behavior against calibrated profiles. Optional worker work/rest patterns are sought in the aggregate meter signal. Missing local patterns can indicate remote substitution or inconsistency. Receipts include capacity, results, power, patterns, agreement, uncertainty and assumptions. A signature protects report integrity, not measurement infallibility. Limits: cannot discover deliberately idle GPUs or identify secret control of remote customers. THE EXPANSION PATH

That dataset gives us a path into two larger markets.

First, compute grading. Across 3,500 GPUs at 11 providers, the same SKU showed a 1.77-times spread in work delivered per dollar. A product name alone does not tell a buyer what they are getting. Measured performance lets us work toward a common grade that buyers, renters, and compute markets can use.

Later, we take the same verification system into international facilities to support export compliance. Recurring audits can flag when expected capacity no longer demonstrates a matching local power response. That is evidence for investigation, rather than a claim that we can identify every diversion or enforce export controls ourselves.

The sequence is straightforward: paid audits build the data, the data enables grading, and international deployment extends verification into compliance. Our ambition is to become the trusted record of where verified compute operates and how it performs.
