The Macaulay Building

Bring your Macaulay ID for easy entrance

Projects are in two rooms

  • The Lecture Hall (M Level/1st Floor)
  • Cabaret (LL Level)

The Maker Space is in the Commons (LL Level)

Gender-specific bathrooms are on C Level and 2nd Floor

All-gender bathrooms are on 3rd Floor

Water fountain is on C Level, bottle filler behind the bar on LL

Talk about my project? HOW?

Do not prepare a presentation!

Be ready to:

  • Introduce yourselves (names, pronouns, majors)
  • State your professor and campus
  • Explain your topic or hypothesis
  • Explain your results or conclusion
  • Share your favorite or the most interesting thing you learned!

When you arrive: In person�We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to set up

  • Find your project space. Read instructions and prompts.�
  • Set up your project–we will provide tables, poster space, and thumbtacks�
  • Check in with your group members to make sure everyone knows the plan�
  • When the event begins, your room TLC Moderators will kick off some discussion in your room before you start to mingle with other areas. Be prepared for this!
