Project: Journey Advocates Training – Cultivating a Coaching Mindset

Objective: Designed and facilitated training to help participants develop a coaching mindset, improve active listening, and enhance their presence during coaching conversations.

Audience: Journey Advocates tasked with supporting employees through coaching and development.

Tools Used: PowerPoint, mindfulness techniques, interactive coaching activities, and peer coaching exercises.

Approach: Focused on curiosity-driven coaching, mindfulness techniques (breathing exercises, centering), and continuous development through regular self-assessment and practice.

Outcome: Advocates gained practical tools to maintain coaching presence, foster transformation through curiosity, and implement mindfulness techniques to support coachees effectively.
