Darlington County School District Goals

  1. By June 2031, Darlington County School District will increase proficiency rates (meets and exceeds) in ELA and Math to 75% proficiency rate (meets and exceeds) for grades 3-8, as measured by SC Ready, compared to the 2024-2025 baseline data

  • By June 2031, the percentage of high school students meeting college and career readiness benchmarks-EOC Scores- will increase to 75%, Career Readiness Assessment (WIN) will increase to 75%, dual enrollment credits-will increase by 15 points from the 2024-25 baseline, as measured by graduation data and post-secondary readiness indicators.

  • By June 2031, Darlington County School District will reduce chronic absenteeism district-wide from 22% to 12%.
