1. Preparing students to enter the workforce and attracting and retaining good teachers are Americans’ top educational priorities.
2. While eight in ten or more Americans pick those two items as priorities, other policy priorities also win broad support. Seven in ten — or more — favor an increased focus on addressing student mental health, helping students who have fallen behind academically, and college affordability.
3. Just four in 10 Americans would like a child of theirs to take up teaching in the public schools as a career.

• Stratton Schools continue to meet or exceed high school graduation rate and workforce readiness indicators.
• Stratton Schools meet accreditation standards by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) with visible progress in student academic growth in both English and Math.
• Survey respondents recognized the many positive student/teacher relationships.
• There have been great strides taken to cultivate positive culture and a safe environment in recent years.

• Even though students meet many accreditation standards, survey respondents indicated that additional work can be done to improve post high school readiness. 
• Even though there are many positive student/teacher relationships, there is additional work needed, ensuring every student is experiencing a positive learning environment in all classrooms.
