Student Selection & Invitation

Student selection is based upon:

• Math Common Assessment
• Available Standardized Test Scores
• GPA

​

If more students qualify and apply than we have available spots, then we will do a lottery.

DCMST

• 9^th and 10^th graders attend in the afternoon
• Go to home high school for hours 1,2,3
• Eat lunch at home high school
• Take the DPS bus to DCMST for hours 4, 5, 6
• Take DPS bus back to home high school before the end of the school day
• DCMST students can participate in any/all after school activities including sports, band, clubs, student council

9^th – 12^th grade curriculum - Earn 12 STEM Credits

1 + 2 = State-approved CTE program

3 + 4 = AP Capstone

Michael Berry Career Center

Starting in 10th Grade, students will have the opportunity to enroll in many career-focused courses and programs at the high school and the Michael Berry Career Center. These courses prepare students with career-specific knowledge and skills, industry-recognized certificates and credentials, scholarship opportunities and a direct pathway to college and career programs after graduation.
