How can we digitally listen?

  • Client determines desired data points for digital listening, such as keywords only, geo+keywords, keywords+customer contact record, social fan page etc.

  • Client & MSNI collectively assemble all competitive brands, keywords, domains, etc. for digital listening.

  • Client selects desired listening volume to be achieved (email or postal).

  • MSNI email listens for real-time email cookie hits* that match the desired listening criteria supplied by the Client.

    • *Cookie Hits = Single session cookies that are dropped once the consumer opens AND clicks on a live email offer matching the Client’s listening criteria.
