Start the Online Assessment

(Teachers)

  • Click on Administer in the Assessments section
  • Select a test from the list of available tests displayed on the Tests Available tab
  • Click the Online Test Proctoring icon in the Actions section to change it to a green check

Assessments do not populate in the list until they are made Active and the dates are valid

Start the Online Assessment

  • Click on the Online Test Proctoring tab.

  • Expand the desired class

  • Click Make all Available to activate the assessment for all students

  • Check/uncheck individual students and click Make Selected Available to activate the assessment for selected students

Stop the Online Assessment

(Teachers)

When testing is finished for the day, it is important to make the test unavailable

  • Click Make All Unavailable once the assessment is complete

  • Make the test available again to allow students to continue or make-up testing, as needed

Start the Online Assessment (Students)

  • Students test using the Eduphoria! (Student) app on from ClassLink

  • Students use their Student ID number (without the S at the beginning) as the Username
  • Students use the word welcome as the Password

  • Students see a list of all tests that have been turned on by teachers
  • Students select the appropriate assessment

Preview Online Assessment

  • Click on Administer in the Assessments section
  • Select a test from the list of available tests displayed on the Tests Available tab
  • Click the More icon (three dots) in the Actions section to preview an assessment

Teachers can preview the test if it is Active and the dates are valid

Monitor Student Test Progress

Teachers can monitor the status of students as the online test progresses

There are five different statuses a student can have while taking a test:

  1. Not Started: Student has not started the test
  2. Inactive: Student has started but is not actively taking the test, or student has closed the test using Exit Test without submitting
  3. In Progress: Student is actively taking the test
  4. Completed: Student has submitted the test and is awaiting manual grading
  5. Graded: Student test is graded

Teachers Only - End Test and Reopen

  • If tests are not submitted or accidently submitted, teachers can submit and reopen tests

  • Tests can ONLY be submitted or reopened by Teachers

  • From the Online Test Proctoring screen, select End Test to submit a test that was not submitted or Reopen to open a test that was submitted by accident

Student Supports - Teachers ONLY!

Student Supports

  • If student supports are not uploaded before a test is made Active, it will not apply to that assessment

  • ONLY teachers have the ability to add supports to a single test after it is Active

  • Access Eduphoria! Aware
  • Click on Administer in the Assessments section

  • Select the test on the Tests Available screen in the Actions section
  • Select the Online Test Proctoring tab
  • Expand the class
  • Locate the student
  • Click the pencil under Supports

If the test is active, only teachers can apply supports

  • Toggle the appropriate supports on or off for the assessment (Spanish tests are given as a separate test in FWISD)

  • Click Save

  • This will add or take away the support for this test only

FWISD teachers are out of this world!

Constructed Response Questions

  • Test results populate in Eduphoria! when a students submits an assessment unless the test contains a constructed response question

  • Test results will not populate for a test containing a constructed response question until a teacher grades the response(s) and submits the assessment for scoring

  • If a test contains multiple constructed response questions, it is a best practice to enter scores for all constructed responses before submitting tests for scoring

  • Access Eduphoria! Aware
  • Click Reports under Analysis

  • Select Student Constructed Response Report

This provides a list of all student answers and can be printed by teachers and administrators

Constructed Response Report

  • Select a test from the list
  • If a test does not contain a constructed response, it will not populate to select

  • Click the printer icon in the upper right corner
  • You can print the selections made for the report by choosing either Print Consolidated Report, Print Detailed Report, or Export CSV
  • The Consolidated Report shows the question prompt and scoring guide once at the top, with student responses listed after
  • The Detailed Report shows the prompt, scoring guide, and student response for every student, with a page break between each student

  • Enter scores for all students or selected students

  • Select Review and Score

  • Submit scores by selecting completed students and clicking Score Selected Students

  • Do NOT submit tests for scoring if the student did not test yet

  • If all student scores are not entered in one setting, the system will auto save scores entered

  • Results will not populate for assessments until constructed response scores are entered and submitted for scoring

  • Access Eduphoria! Aware

  • Click Quick Views under Analysis

  • Select an assessments by clicking in the box next to the test title

  • Click Apply

  • If you want to look at multiple assessments combined, toggle on Summarize by Subject

  • The view can also be altered by using the icons
  • Data can be saved, exported to Excel, exported to PDF, and edited using the icons in Quick Views

Monitor Completion – Quick Views

  • For administrators, the default view is school summary
  • This view shows you how many students in the grade have taken the test

  • If you select the Teacher Summary icon, it will show you how many students have tested for each teacher

  • If you select the Individual Student icon, it will show you which students took the test

Single Test Analysis

  • Single Test Analysis provides interactive graphs of a single local Aware assessment from the current year

  • Each assessment is broken down by questions, standards, and student demographics featuring live data in real-time as assessments are scored

  • Single Test Analysis is designed to analyze data dynamically

  • Single Test Analysis cannot be printed, exported, or saved
