Ingredients

• 300 g of brown sugar
• 900 g of organic waste (residues of fruit and vegetables)
• 3 liters of clean water

• Za navedenu količinu potrebna je plastična posuda sa zatvaračem, kapaciteta 5 l
• Usitniti organske otpatke.

• Prvih mjesec dana bocu kratko otvorite svaki dan kako bi se oslobodio plin nakupljen zbog fermentacije.
• Drugi i treći mjesec bocu ne dirajte, a nakon isteka tri mjeseca tekućinu procijedite
• For the first month, briefly open the bottle every day to release the gas accumulated from fermentation.
• During the second and third month, do not touch the bottle, and after three months strain the liquid.

• Ako niste u mogućnosti prvi mjesec svakodnevno otvarati bocu, napravite  vrenjaču pomoću plutenog čepa, plastičnog crijeva i plastične boce od 0,5 l djelomično napunjene vodom.��If you are unable to open the bottle every day during the first month, make an airlock using a cork, plastic tubing, and a 0.5-liter plastic bottle partially filled with water.�

• Za gnojidbu voća, povrća ili cvijeća i eliminiranje štetnika otopinu razrijedite s vodom u omjeru 15 ml otopine na 1 l vode
