Context & Challenge

  • HomeBases launched with soft money (temporary funding)
  • Original design: 8 HomeBase locations
  • Current reality: funding supports up to 3 HomeBase physical locations
  • Since the funding is not sufficient to cover eight locations, and our reserves are depleted, we are now having to co-locate.

  • Benefits: coverage, extended hours
