Logistics

  • Session information including presenter information, available handouts, etc. is in the SCHED platform.
  • Questions? The registration table will be attended throughout the conference.
  • Lunch: 11:30 each day, buffet style
    • Today, all lunch restrictions can be accommodated on the buffet line.
  • Coffee and Tea will be served throughout the day. First in Big Ten. Then in the area used for registration by the breakout rooms.
  • Snack today in the area used for registration by the breakout rooms. During the passing time of both breakout sessions.

  • Cell phones on quiet please. Please move to the main area to take calls.
  • Some sessions will be recorded live for later posting in Sched.
    • See Sched Sessions for information.
  • Schedule Changes - Will be announced via the Sched platform.
    • We are swapping some rooms based on Sched agendas.

SCHED

  • SCECHs and Social Worker CEUs are available
    • The details page and additional resources tab within Sched will contain the links to apply.
    • Additionally, there is also list on the additional resources page in Sched containing the CEU sessions and the link to apply for them at the end of the conference.
    • Applications for credit are due within 30 days of the conference end date
  • Recordings Availability
    • Session recordings will be found within the SCHED platform within the next 30 days following the conference.
    • Ticket restrictions and multiple session limits will be lifted after the conference.

In-person

  • This year, OWL Pro technology will be capturing recorded sessions as a camera and microphone
    • Avoid whispering and chatting during sessions as to not be caught on camera, especially within a 9ft radius of the OWL.
    • When attending breakout sessions keep in mind that not all presenters will opt into using the room’s speaker and microphone
  • Available sessions and their locations may be found in the SCHED app.
    • You may need to refresh the app, to see any changes or updates since you created your schedule
      • 'Pull' to refresh data on the 'Schedule' page or click the 'Refresh All Data' button under the 'My Account' page
