• Teachers will be able to understand the overview of the teacher resource books through the video
• Teachers will be able to access the Lesson plans
• Teachers will be able to understand the importance of Teacher resource books
• Teachers will be able to prepare one lesson plan or contextualize the existing structured lesson plan in the complex meeting for the prioritized lesson of that week using the lesson plan template in the teacher resource book.
• Teachers will be able to use the lesson plans in the next complex meetings for making TLMs and Lesson plans

Step 1: Samagra Shiksha Website: Department of School Education (ap.gov.in)

Duration: 15 minutes

Step 2- Click on Download and enter CFMS ID>>Submit>> Lesson Plan will download

Click this link to access the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Bot

Sign in the app with your mobile number

Send a "Hi" message to activate the bot.

Enter School UDISE code and click send. Then, click confirm the details.

Click "Yes, Continue" to access the TRB

Click on "Select a response and select "Teacher Resource Books" option.

Select "Access Learning Content" option and select "Access a course"

Enter Employee code and click send. Click on "Yes, this is correct" to move forward

Process of integrating in Lesson Plan

• Teachers can use these TRBs while preparing the lesson plan or can use as lesson
• Teachers can use TRBs to prepare activities or TLM

Note: State is going to monitor how many teachers are using it.

After downloading the lesson plan, explore its content and discuss the following questions in your groups.

• List down the elements of your lesson plan?
• What are the elements of this lesson plan?
• How is this lesson plan different from your lesson plan?
• How is it going to help you in your teaching practices?
• How can it be improved further?

4. Integrating the Lesson Plan into your lesson plan

Group Activity:

Create your own lesson plan for prioritized lesson of the week using the lesson plan template in the teacher resource book

Based on your classroom requirements and areas for improvements,

Integrate the lesson plans into your lessons

• As a group, teachers will select one lesson plan for the subject they teach.
• Teachers will select one lesson of that particular week from their textbooks
• Prepare their lesson plans by keeping the selected teacher resource book lesson plan as a guide.
• While preparing the lesson plan teachers will also focus on the areas of improvement of existing lesson plans and their requirements.
