لا تعطوا إبليس مكاناً (أف 4 : 27)

Do not give place to the devil (Eph 4 : 27)

لذلك ارحوا عنكم الكذب و تكلموا بالصدق كل واحد مع قريبه لاننا بعضنا اعضاء البعض. اغضبوا و لا تخطئوا لا تغرب الشمس على غيظكم. و لا تعطوا ابليس مكانا. لا يسرق السارق في ما بعد بل بالحري يتعب عاملا الصالح بيديه ليكون له ان يعطي من له احتياج. لا تخرج كلمة ردية من افواهكم بل كل ما كان صالحا للبنيان حسب الحاجة كي يعطي نعمة للسامعين.

Therefore, putting away lying, ["Let] each one [of you] speak truth with his neighbor," for we are members of one another. "Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun go down on your wrath,. nor give place to the devil. Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with [his] hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need. Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.

و لا تحزنوا روح الله القدوس الذي به ختمتم ليوم الفداء. ليرفع من بينكم كل مرارة و سخط و غضب و صياح و تجديف مع كل خبث. و كونوا لطفاء بعضكم نحو بعض شفوقين متسامحين كما سامحكم الله ايضا في المسيح

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you (Eph 4 : 25 – 32)

فقال ابرام للوط لا تكن مخاصمة بيني و بينك و بين رعاتي و رعاتك لاننا نحن اخوان. اليست كل الارض امامك اعتزل عني ان ذهبت شمالا فانا يمينا و ان يمينا فانا شمالا (تك 13 : 8 ، 9)

So Abram said to Lot, "Please let there be no strife between you and me, and between my herdsmen and your herdsmen; for we [are] brethren. "[Is] not the whole land before you? Please separate from me. If [you take] the left, then I will go to the right; or, if [you go] to the right, then I will go to the left". (Gen 13 : 8)

و ان اخطا اليك اخوك فاذهب و عاتبه بينك و بينه وحدكما ان سمع منك فقد ربحت اخاك. و ان لم يسمع فخذ معك ايضا واحدا او اثنين لكي تقوم كل كلمة على فم شاهدين او ثلاثة. و ان لم يسمع منهم فقل للكنيسة و ان لم يسمع من الكنيسة فليكن عندك كالوثني و العشار. (مت 18 : 15 ـ 17)

" Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. "But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that 'by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established'. "And if he refuses to hear them, tell [it] to the church. وادين بعضكم بعضا بالمحبة الاخوية مقدمين بعضكم بعضا في الكرامة (رو 12 : 10)

إن قدمت قربانك ...

If you bring your gift

فان قدمت قربانك الى المذبح و هناك تذكرت ان لاخيك شيئا عليك. فاترك هناك قربانك قدام المذبح و اذهب اولا اصطلح مع اخيك و حينئذ تعال و قدم قربانك. كن مراضيا لخصمك سريعا ما دمت معه في الطريق لئلا يسلمك الخصم الى القاضي و يسلمك القاضي الى الشرطي فتلقى في السجن.

"Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, "leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. "Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are on the way with him, lest your adversary deliver you to the judge, the judge hand you over to the officer, and you be thrown into prison. (Mat 5 : 23)

كن مراضيا لخصمك سريعا ما دمت معه في الطريق لئلا يسلمك الخصم الى القاضي و يسلمك القاضي الى الشرطي فتلقى في السجن. الحق اقول لك لا تخرج من هناك حتى توفي الفلس الاخير. (مت 5 : 25)

"Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are on the way with him, lest your adversary deliver you to the judge, the judge hand you over to the officer, and you be thrown into prison. "Assuredly, I say to you, you will by no means get out of there till you have paid the last penny. (Mat 5 : 25)
