【sentence】から、〜�どうして【sentence】か�

The sentence in front of “から” indicates the reason.
“どうして” is an interrogative. “どうして【sentence】か” is a question to ask the reason.
You can say “どうしてですか”.

Example:

１．かれはおかねがありませんから、あたらしいパソコンをかいません。

Because he doesn’t have money, he won’t buy a new computer.

A：ひるごはんをたべましたか。

Have you eaten lunch?

B：いいえ、たべませんでした。

No, I didn’t eat lunch.

A：どうしてたべませんでしたか。(どうしてですか。）

B：いそがしかったですから。

Because I was busy.

A：そうですか。たいへんですね。
