SDR PORTAL - SURVEY DATA QUALITY

Before users make a decision of whether to use SDR data, it is important to be transparent about data quality.

So in the SDR portal, you can assess SDR data quality from three perspectives.

�

First, you can on quality descriptives by project/wave and selects, for example, all four waves of Arab Barometer.

Our portal will retrieve source data quality in three dimensions: documentation, data records and processing error.

�From this table, you can see project name, project wave, countries and multiple quality control indicators with the overall index in the end.

�

Similarly, you can also check quality descriptives by project/country, for example, asian barometer survey. (Hover)

�

Finally, out user can check how all quality controls are associated with each other. Let’s check how quality controls are associated for Americas Barometer. Red color indicates positive associations, while blue color show negative ones. (Hover) If we are not able to compute the associations, they are grey.
