Tyler Tysdal Colorado

Tyler Tysdal is a resident of Denver, Colorado and is an entrepreneur of a lifetime who experienced the rewards and challenges of working on his own at 14 years old. Tyler T. Tysdal, often referred to as "Ty", was a trader and collector of baseball cards. His budding entrepreneurial spirit spurred his creation of Triple Tysdal's Sports Collectibles, a national mail-order memorabilia and trade card company that was able to reach a broad public through advertisements published in trade publications.

Although market inefficiencies were widespread in this pre-internet era, a young Tyler Tysdal experienced his first major business success with 14,000 dollars in profit per month as the result. It was a lot of money for 14. It hit him on a trip with his mom at the postal office to send hundreds of cards: He would likely be an entrepreneur and investor the rest of his career.

Fast forward 30 yearsTyler Tysdal And Tysdal's original prediction of lifelong self employment is never more precise. As co-founder and managing director of the Denver-based, Freedom Factory, Tyler Tysdal assists fellow entrepreneurs across all over the United States sell their businesses at the highest value, as they prepare to begin their version of freedom in their lives.

At Freedom Factory, Tyler Tysdal's years of experience as an operator, investment banker, SEC expert, and private equity fund investor is put to utilize to help fellow entrepreneurs who are following his path. With more than 50 companies and their exits, Tyler Tysdal is an Entrepreneur's business owner. He understands the challenges entrepreneurs face as well as the fears that keep them up at night and the triumphs that propel them forward - because he's experienced them, too.

Tyler Tysdal developed his credentials through paying his debts (and paying attention) while he was on the road. He joined the field of investment banking following his degree in finance at Georgetown University. When he was with Alex Brown & Sons, Tyler was primarily involved in mergers and acquisitions (buying and selling private businesses) and raising equity and debt capital for companies with new investors, which included going public with them through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) procedure.

In his role as an investment banker Tyler Tysdal recalls sitting across the table with CEOs and founders from some of the most famous companies and wishing he were in their shoes. He was taught the intricacies of valuations, financial modeling, and the best way to sell companies for capital. However, he also discovered that there was frequently a disconnect among investment bankers as well as the entrepreneurs. Bankers seldom experience the worry of missing payroll or other all-too-often concerns of business owners.

After this experience, Tysdal learned he wanted to be an entrepreneur, not the banker working with investors.

Following investment banking, Tysdal went on to pursue a formal business education by enrolling in Harvard Business School (HBS) to pursue his Masters of Business Administration (MBA).

As an entrepreneur to his core, Tysdal stood out among his peers. He realizes that today you do not need to have an MBA or an MBA from Harvard to become a successful entrepreneur, but he values the inspiration that he got from his talented fellow students at the school and the education helped propel his entrepreneurial pursuits and build his knowledge base to help other entrepreneurs.

With his extensive experience in investing with his business degree with him and an entrepreneurial mindset, Tyler Tysdal set out to put his business acumen to the test.

In the past, he founded or funded numerous companies that run the gamut from exciting to innovative, including:

A collection of acute care health clinics, which are part of Walmart stores.

A company that specializes in providing storage facilities for recreational vehicles.

A luxury sports suite club which let suites in the best sports facilities.

A company producing organic fertilizers which broke the code of technology for organic farming and expanded across all of the Eastern United States.

A company that combines high-quality bed linens with a social purpose to "end bedlessness" by donating a mattress to in-need populations for every ten mattresses the company sold.

Through the many years, Tysdal has been an managing partner and owner of venture capital companies, and has been an entrepreneur who raised capital for his private firms at times. Tysdal started his career in investment banking working in Initial Public Offerings (IPO's) and mergers and acquisitions. Tysdal has been involved on the buy-side, the sell-side, and as an agent in deals for companies with a range of $100,000 to over $1 billion.

As an investor, Ty has managed assets and has also backed financial backing for numerous other investors and entrepreneurs. Ty has managed or co-managed around $1.7 billion for ultra-rich families and has helped create many millions of wealth for his private equity investors.

The end result, however it all boils down to the entrepreneurial spirit of Tyler Tysdal. He is aware that self-starters make jobs and generate wealth. They are also regarded as the primary source of economic prosperity across all of the United States and in global markets. Freedom is a titlecard of great worth.

Tysdal's business passion is evident in two main themes:

Tysdal loves Entrepreneurs. They are the ones who earn it!

Tysdal is passionate about helping entrepreneurs realize their financial and personal goals through the sale of their company at the highest value, and often for the largest sum of their lives.

Tyler Tysdal Has Earned Freedom to spend time with Family

Tyler Tysdal's passion for business is just as intense like it was on that ride through the city to visit his mother in the past. He wants to "free the entrepreneurs" as his own experience has benefited him throughout his life. If he's not speaking with business owners, or chatting with potential business buyers, Tysdal spends time with his wife, Natalie Tysdal (a fomer Fox news journalist), and their three children in the Denver region.
