Reed Union School District Repair, Safety, Upgrade Measure. �To upgrade all Reed schools keeping them safe/clean; repair deteriorating classrooms/bathrooms, leaky roofs; update fire/electrical/ security systems and earthquake safety; remove mold/asbestos; construct, repair facilities, acquire equipment, all supporting quality education, retaining/attracting quality teachers; shall a measure authorizing $115,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, levying $30 per $100,000 of assessed valuation, ($6,700,000 annually) while bonds are outstanding, requiring citizens’ oversight, spending disclosure/audits, �be adopted?
