How to Schedule an Appointment or Drop-ins with CAPS

After logging in, open the Appointments feature, a list of upcoming appointments will be in the Upcoming panel. View past appointments by choosing the History tab.
To schedule a new appointment, click Schedule an Appointment. Next, you are prompted to make choices for the type of support you are looking for. Click through and make the following choices:
***On the bottom of the screen you can see Other Options, and View Drop-in Times. This is how you toggle back and forth between the two options.
For Appointments with CAPS:
2. Select a Service.
3. Select a specific staff member or 'Any Staff member.
4.Choose a date and time from a list of availability. You will also have the option to view drop-in times on this page.
6. Once you select the time you wish to schedule, the next screen will have confirmation of service you selected, time, and location. If all looks correct, then select the blue button at the bottom of the screen, Schedule.

For Drop-in Times with CAPS:

6. For virtual meetings, click on the Zoom link provided only during active hours and times indicated by tutor/staff
