Clubs are required to run elections and have the following positions with the following roles:

President: The club president will be the general face of the club. They will be a leader within the club responsible for listening to all members and working with the club advisor to make sure the club is running smoothly. They also will be the clubs representative at Student Senate meetings.

Vice-President: A leader within the club, and an important advocate for the club & its members. Vice president also fills in at Student Senate meetings if the president can’t go.

Secretary: Your secretary should keep track of all documents for your club including meeting notes and constitution. Also your club’s secretary should be in charge of your clubs social media & schoology group if you do not establish a communication person.

Social Media + Communication

Schoology Group - this is a requirement for all clubs, this guarantees any kid can access information about your club as all kids have schoology.

Instagram - Instagram was named by far the platform that Mount Si students check the most. You can @ or tag us MSHSASB in anything you want reposted.

Other forms of medias (website, tik tok, youtube) are all perfectly okay. In general, ASB will not promote these sites but you are free to promote/grow them on your own.

Everything you say is linked to Mount Si and we can ask you at anytime to delete/remove any account or content if it doesn’t reflect our values.
