Performance Review Season!

• Performance reviews are conducted every 6 months
• Opportunity to formally review performance, strengths, and growth opportunities for your manager
• Compensation adjustments are separate from performance reviews. There are two things we look for to adjust compensation:
• Gitcoin is doing fantastic and our team’s hard work is paying off
• Individuals are taking on new challenges and skills, exceeding expectations in their role
• Template will be circulated next week, should conclude by Nov 8

GG22 Beta Testing

Calling our friends and family!��We will create a Round on Optimism mainnet, and will set up some approved and rejected projects.

We need you to test our new functionality:��1. Use the Swap Widget on checkout, attempt to donate to a project without holding enough of the required tokens

​

2. Mint an Attestation after you checkout! This will actually be minted on Sepolia testnet, but that’s ok for testing :)

GG22 Goals:

• Grow the builder community with new tools and resources, including a builder directory and onboarding program.
• Improve eligibility standards for community rounds and focus on educating participants about the criteria.
• Builder & Donor Satisfaction Score: Combines NPS feedback from donors and grantees (NPS of 80%+).

Working on a 2025 GG strategy. Big changes coming 👀

Working on defining what a “high-quality” builder is.

• Balancing innovation and core product development
• Figuring out how to turn custom builds into repeatable software

2. New foundations in app/smart contract/data layer.

What’s keeping me up at night

• WAGMI?
• Not hitting GMV goals yet, which means less surface area to monetize.
• 15 months of runway in stables left
• 3-6 months to rebuild eng/product
• That leaves us w 9-12 months to achieve lift in 2025.
• Plus treasury diversification + revenue
