I am not sure should there be different kind of points on map like in pacman. powerups could be cool, they would keep the monsters in set distance for example but lets do the minimum requirements first and then lets see..

Looks nice and useful.

Not clear how the selling bike form appears on map and how to upload picture, can you take it with camera?(Update: The form appears by clicking on ‘sell my bike’ option from the drop down menu. User can browse the image from his/her device)

The text should be much bigger.

What would people use the search field for? Name? Description? Price? Address? (Update: people can search name of bike repair shop or address/location from the search field)

You need now to decide will it be a native app or web app. (web app)

Looks very good and is a pass already.

With the usability issues fixed this is a 2-3. Consider adding more features. Maybe sharing the location somehow: sms, facebook, etc. Clustering can be also considered.

I will try to make an OSRM call available from CS server (can’t promise I will have time). That way, no limitations.

Main idea

Basically, My idea is to make the game bomberman , but as a location based application.

For people who don’t know what bomberman is , I’ll explain :

The goal of the game is to be the last one standing , among a definite numbers of opponents.
To survive, you have to kill your opponents by puttings bombs in the grounds.
Bombs takes times to explode, and they only explode in a “CROSS FORM” and at a limited range. So you can easily hide.
If you’re in the explosion, you loose.
You can pick up power-ups to boost your max amount of bombs puttable in the ground, the power of your explosions , shield yourself etc…..
Explosions cannot destroy buildings.

How I hope it’ll look with google maps API.

If I knew unity and had time , I want this application have similar graphics as PokemonGo , with a 3rd view person etc… But for the moment I think the most realistic way to do it is like :

Ok. For street distances, I may update the API to have an option to use those.

Meanwhile, you can use the functions available there.

Note that you shouldn’t test with too many nodes (use 20 max for testing), otherwise it takes long to compute and may overwhelm the server. But usually these waypoints are not as many (10 at max), so it is not a problem.

Your page has some error on CS server. Can you debug it please?

I think it is caused by google directions service, but don’t have time to check.

Anyway, tested locally, app works nicely. I want to learn how the ‘wrong direction’ is explained.

Can you visually explain WHY it is red and not black?

At this step this is a pass already.

With improvements we discussed grade is 4-5.

For testing, consider adding a feature to generate the targets by clicking on map.

Main Game: Map is filled with riddles each riddle need to be solved to find the treasure. Users progress is saved, game can be continued later. When user starts the game nearest riddle is appeared on the map. When first riddle is solved than next one appears

Mini Games: Mini games are small scavenger hunts. On press Mini Games, list of mini games will appear, list is sorted by nearest first. User can choose any mini game to play. Mini game needs to be completed in one run. All riddles appear at same time on map. User can solve riddles in random order.

I tried to install on Emulator, Phone and to compile in Android studio. I got this message:

Is it so that your app is made for… better phone than mine? Can you teach me how to test it? Maybe I need some different emulator settings?

New update worked. Comments are:

Info window too large (does not fit on screen sometimes). Try to display the information in a more compact way.
Font size too small.
Location has too much precision (many unnecessary digits after the floating point). I think 3 may be enough.
Clustering option is there, but does not work (yet?)
Can you add services in Joensuu

At the moment it is borderline case - barely meeting minimum requirements.

With updates above, you will have grade 3 already.
