Registration and Orientation

  • ASU Prep Digital will send all haumāna their login instructions via their KS email by Sunday, 8/16.
    • Be on the lookout for an email from Charles Baxter ASU.
    • Check your junk mail or spam folder.
  • First week 8/17-8/21
    • ASU Prep Digital kumu will conduct student orientation and work directly with haumāna to set everyone up for success.

What to expect during the first week.

  • On 1st or 2nd day of classes:
    • Students will receive a welcome email from all 4 of their ASU teachers.
  • During the first week:
    • Families will receive calls and/or texts from all 4 teachers to set up a time for a one-on-one welcome conference.

LSC Kuleana

Advising and coaching focused on supporting your goals such as:

  • Adjusting to life as an online student
  • Offering success strategies and time management tips
  • Connecting you to the various resources at ASU and Kamehameha Schools
  • Monitoring progress in academics, social/emotional development, and college and career readiness

LSC Communication

  • LSCs will support students via weekly phone calls, e-mails, and/or Zoom meetings.
  • Students requiring more support will receive additional communication and monitoring from their school counselor.
  • LSCs will host mākua and haumāna monthly meetings.
