After analyzing yourself, total up your rankings:

  • If you scored between 6-12, you may prefer an environment where you work individually.
  • If you scored between 13-19, you are likely comfortable working both independently and in groups, depending on the type of work you’re doing.
  • If you scored between 20-30, you would likely thrive in group settings where everyone is as motivated and enthusiastic as you are.

CONNECT CREATE AN ORIGINAL PRODUCT

First, decide what kind of product you want to create. Here are some examples:

  • A work of art (drawing, sculpture, dance, etc.)
  • A video (school news story, skit, commercial, etc.)
  • A classroom project (e.g., creating a bulletin board, straightening up the room, organizing shelves—teacher permission required)
  • Designing a game or puzzle
  • Conducting a teacher-approved experiment
  • Designing a lesson to teach something using tools like the whiteboard or Google Slides

In a team of four you will create an original product within 30 minutes.

Next, decide which role each of you will play in the project. Be sure to inform the teacher of the role each person played by writing your names and roles on the project or on a separate sheet of paper.

Complete the project with the highest possible level of quality.

Strive to work together harmoniously, applying the teamwork skills discussed during the first part of this lesson.

    • If your team shot a video, show the video.

    • If your team conducted the experiment, explain the process and results to the class.

    • If your team designed a puzzle, give the puzzle to the class to solve.

Once the time has expired be prepared to share your product with the rest of the class. For example:
